Job Description

Job Roles

  • Contact patients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on missed
  • appointments.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to identify patients at risk of being
  • lost to follow-up
  • Coordinate with providers, front desk, and clinical teams to ensure
  • patients are scheduled appropriately.
  • Maintain and update patient scheduling records, ensuring accuracy in
  • EMR/EHR systems.
  • Educate patients on the importance of follow-up visits and continuity of
  • care.
  • Track and report patient retention metrics to management.
  • Support initiatives to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
  • Know how to work on Retention, adding follow ups and EEGs

Requirements

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Patient Scheduler, with a strong
  • communication Skills.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to
  • Neurologist would be a plus.
  • Experience in revenue cycle management is highly desirable.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Related field
  • Medical Degree is a plus.

Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Medicaid billing regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software, with a preference for Gaia.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 coding.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Workdays: Monday - Friday
  • Work hours: 5 pm – 2 am PKT (Night shift)
  • Gross Salary (PKR): 100k - 150k
