Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Specialist located in Lahore District. The Outbound Specialist will be responsible for managing outbound communications and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing outbound call strategies, reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, following up on leads, and scheduling meetings. The role also involves maintaining records of customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting monthly targets.

Timing : 7 PM to 4AM
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in lead generation, sales, and client engagement
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to develop and execute call strategies
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
