Systems Limited is looking for a
Campaign Deployment Executive
for its Marketing Department with the following skill set:

Responsibilities:

  • Effective Campaign Planning support based on Data led insights: run analysis and prepare data led recommendations to the campaign planning to create value within targeted segments and growth areas. Contribute to the development of related activation plans.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to Evaluate Performance: Analyze results from campaign executions and prepare relevant reports for assessment and recommendations.
  • Gather Budget expenditure and effectiveness reports
  • Collaborate with agencies and research teams on the information gathering and analysis
  • Enhance Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of key markets, consumer needs, market segmentation, and competitive activity to improve the effectiveness of brand and trade deployment plans.
  • Build Effective Working Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Support Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective teamwork across all sub-functions within the project, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years working experience, in Marketing and/or similar roles in FMCG organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Trade Marketing including trade visibility and retailer loyalty programs is advantageous.
  • In Market Expertise: Deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges, with experience in brand or A&TMD roles.
  • Understanding of Insights principles to inform campaign strategies and product development.
  • Knowledgeable in Advertising, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
