About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven
PPC/CPC Ads Campaign Specialist
to join our digital marketing team and lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience managing budgets and bids, and the ability to craft strategies that maximize ROI through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and cost-per-click (CPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Bing.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify high-performing opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy, select relevant targeting parameters, and optimize ad creatives for best performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficient cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Set up conversion tracking and ensure accurate measurement through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually improve results.
- Collaborate with the SEO, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of paid media principles, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data interpretation ability.
- Excellent copywriting and ad creation skills with attention to audience targeting and segmentation.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
