  • We are now looking for a
    Marketing and Sales Manager
    to lead our growth strategy, expand our partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence across Australia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote FutureFinds' training and mental health consultation services.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with educational institutions and organizations.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare reports on marketing ROI, campaign performance, and sales achievements.
  • Work closely with management to align sales goals with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a any field
  • Minimum 0–1 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in education, consulting,
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for education, training, and mental health awareness.
