Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Abbottabad Tehsil. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying and addressing client needs, and facilitating communication between clients and the internal team. The Account Manager will also oversee project timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, good in speaking english
  • Experience in account management, client relations, or customer service
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
