One World Immigration Law Consultant is a leading immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to clients seeking opportunities abroad. We specialize in skilled immigration, business immigration, and student visas, ensuring a seamless process for our clients.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Sales Executive to join our Team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance to clients on immigration matters, manage client cases, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their immigration needs and provide tailored advice on suitable visa options and immigration pathways. Can Handle high-value leads and provide expert consultation regarding immigration & Citizenship programs.
  • Case Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Stay Informed: Stay updated about changes in immigration laws and policies to provide up-to-date advice.
  • Sales Training: Supervise and guide junior sales consultants in client engagement and conversion strategies. Support in developing sales pitches, training material, and onboarding sales team.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and lead generation initiatives when required.
  • In-depth understanding of immigration laws and procedures for countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany & UK.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in immigration consultancy or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and case management.
