Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead consultative sales for industrial software tools across costing, planning & manufacturing
- Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer operational pain points
- Build ROI-driven business cases for digital transformation
- Drive pipeline development in Tier-1 & Tier-2 textile/apparel manufacturers
- Present complex solutions to C-level & senior operations leaders
- Collaborate with global solution consulting, implementation & customer success teams
- Maintain sales discipline through CRM updates, forecasting & structured methodology
- Understand competitive landscape, market needs & digital adoption trends
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You must be an industry insider with strong apparel operations expertise.
Must-Haves:
- 10+ years in the fashion/apparel manufacturing industry in Pakistan
- Prior hands-on experience in IE, Production/Capacity Planning, Costing, Merchandising, or Supply Chain
- Strong credibility with factory owners, GMs, planning heads & senior operations teams
- Understanding of manufacturing constraints (OTD, efficiency, wastage, capacity, costing)
- Strong communication skills — English (presentations) + Urdu (local stakeholder engagement)
- High learning ability and interest in moving into enterprise software sales
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Industrial Management, Business, or related fields

- Strong commercial acumen with solution-driven thinking
