Position: Sales Manager Location: Lahore, Pakistan Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results -oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and driving revenue growth by ensuring effective sales performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets targets.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and enhance product offerings.Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.RequirementsKey Requirements:5= years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use sales data to make informed decisions.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
