We're seeking a dynamic
Associate Project Manager
to support our growing team and help us deliver outstanding client experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media or a related field.
  • Fluent in English,
    strong written & verbal communication.
  • Effective communication skill, detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused.
  • Problem solver, sharp-minded, resourceful, quick on your feet.
  • Video editing savvy, experience with Adobe Creative Suite & After Effects.
  • Familiar with project tools like GoHighLevel, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.
  • Client-first attitude.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with our creators and clients to define project goals and timelines.
  • Use Trello, ClickUp, and GoHighLevel to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
  • Oversee video editing workflows, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Communicate clearly with the clients and Internal team.
  • Tackle challenges head-on, optimize workflows, and maintain a solutions-minded approach.
