Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Associate, located in Lahore. The Investment Associate will support the investment team in conducting financial modeling, performing due diligence on various investment opportunities, and analyzing market trends. They will also assist in evaluating financial data, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders, and providing insights to support investment decision-making. Collaboration with other teams and ensuring adherence to Shariah-compliant investment standards will also be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
:

Develop and maintain relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional clients.

Promote the company's investment products (e.g., mutual funds, portfolio management services, retirement plans, Islamic funds).

Identify new business opportunities and client segments to increase assets under management (AUM).

Conduct presentations and client meetings to explain product features, performance, and benefits.

Support distribution partners, financial advisors, and internal sales teams with product knowledge and sales strategies.

Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and market insights for management review.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during all client interactions.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and investment performance to strengthen client engagement.

Qualification :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.

Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM software experience is an advantage
