About the Role
We're always looking to grow our team with driven, capable professionals. We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts. You'll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles within the company.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the team of a growing company in the Estimation & Solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through various online platforms including LinkedIn and CV databases
- Create compelling job descriptions and role-specific interview questions
- Review applications, portfolios, and references to shortlist candidates
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build talent pipelines
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and share updates with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role
- Proven success with full-cycle recruiting and interview methodologies
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to document recruitment processes and stay current with hiring trends
