Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing talent strategies, managing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects muSharp's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build role-specific hiring plans.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen muSharp's presence in the talent market.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to continuously improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in hiring.
  • Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in technical hiring (software engineers, solution architects, SQA, AI roles).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Certifications in HR/Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter) will be an advantage.
