We're Hiring a Sales Executive B2B

Spark Pro Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to join our night shift sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals effectively.

Position: Sales Executive B2B - Night Shift

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
  • Conduct client outreach, presentations, and product briefings
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development (required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working night shifts
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy individuals will be given preference
  • English fluency (preferred)
