Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Process & Compliance Operations Officer (Client Delivery & Acquisition Support). The Officer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions to clients, including assisting in compliance documentation, risk assessments, policy structuring, and third-party due diligence workflows. The role will also support client acquisition activities by helping identify potential clients, coordinating initial outreach, and assisting in onboarding and documentation processes ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Compliance Support:
  Assist in implementing governance structures, compliance frameworks, and control procedures tailored to client requirements.
• Risk & Due Diligence Assistance:
  Support in conducting risk assessments, third-party due diligence reviews, and compliance verification exercises.
• Policy & Procedure Alignment:
  Help in drafting, reviewing, and formatting compliance policies, SOPs, and operational procedures for client engagements.
• Compliance Documentation:
  Maintain structured client records, due diligence logs, compliance reports, and supporting documentation in line with internal quality standards.
• Training & Awareness Support:
  Assist in preparing compliance training material and awareness content for client capacity-building programs.
• Client Acquisition Support:
  Contribute to identifying potential clients, coordinating introductory calls, and supporting proposal preparation and onboarding documentation.
• Process & Workflow Tracking:
  Maintain internal tracking sheets, process flows, and compliance checklists to monitor engagement progress and client onboarding stages.
• Quality & Review Support:
  Conduct preliminary checks for accuracy and consistency in deliverables before final review by consultants.
• Coordination & Reporting:
  Liaise with consultants to align on deadlines and generate status updates and compliance tracking summaries for active client engagements.

Key Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or related discipline. Experience in GRC domain will be preferred.
• Detail Orientation:
  Strong focus on documentation accuracy and process consistency.
• Communication Skills:
  Good written English communication for internal reporting and documentation.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet and familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools.
• Process Discipline:
  Ability to work within structured operational frameworks and contribute to process improvement.
• Remote Work Readiness:
  Self-managed, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary:
  PKR 50,000
• Medical Reimbursement (In-patient):
  PKR 35,000 per annum (after probation confirmation)
