Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Process & Compliance Operations Officer. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and conducting risk assessments. The officer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies, monitor regulatory changes, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Workflow Management:
    Assist in smooth execution of internal service delivery processes for GRC engagements.
  • Compliance Documentation:
    Ensure all internal records, project documentation, and client files meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Process Mapping & SOP Support:
    Maintain and enhance internal SOPs, process checklists, and compliance trackers.
  • Client Record Handling:
    Structure and maintain digital case files, onboarding documentation, and operational logs.
  • Quality Assurance Support:
    Perform preliminary accuracy checks on documentation and assist in internal review cycles.
  • Internal Coordination:
    Liaise with consultants and operations team to align on deadlines, deliverables, and compliance checkpoints.
  • Reporting:
    Generate structured operational status reports and compliance summaries for management.

Key Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or related discipline.
  • Detail Orientation:
    Strong focus on documentation accuracy and process consistency.
  • Communication Skills:
    Good written English communication for internal reporting and documentation.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet and familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools.
  • Process Discipline:
    Ability to work within structured operational frameworks and contribute to process improvement.
  • Remote Work Readiness:
    Self-managed, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary:
    PKR 50,000
  • Medical Reimbursement (In-patient):
    PKR 35,000 per annum (after probation confirmation)
  • Leave Policy:
    8 Casual | 10 Sick | 14 Annual Leaves
  • Work Setup:
    Remote | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
