Role Overview:
PRG Pakistan is looking for a confident and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services along with proven sales experience, and the ability to effectively pitch technology solutions to international clients, particularly in the U.S. market.
This is a full-time onsite position in night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Pitch and sell PRG's IT services and solutions
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical services
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the full sales cycle
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing) to close deals
- Meet sales targets and deliver regular reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales or technical solution selling
- Strong understanding of IT services, systems, or managed solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required)
- Ability to pitch, present, and close deals independently
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation techniques
- Comfortable working in night shift from the onsite Lahore office
Preferred:
- Experience in U.S. or international B2B sales
- Knowledge of MSP, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is a plus
