IT GENICS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives in digital services, web development, ORM, and product-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving sales growth, implementing effective funnel marketing strategies, and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and execute sales funnels and marketing strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into clients.

Drive sales growth by promoting IT GENICS digital solutions, software services, and product-based offerings across diverse industries.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sales KPIs.

Design and implement marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue.

Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize conversion rates.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

MBA/BBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.

6–8 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the software or digital services industry.

Strong expertise in funnel marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and sales automation systems.

Salary: 175,000 to 215,000
