We are seeking a disciplined and results-driven professional to join our Lahore team (Jail Road) and play a key role in supporting the growth of this exciting new initiative.

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, creative, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to plan, manage, and execute high-performing social media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong personal social media presence, and brings experience working with well-known brands — particularly within the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies for campaigns that align with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop ad concepts, messaging, and visuals for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and manage strategic initiatives such as new business launches, client onboarding campaigns, brand visibility drives, and sports-related campaigns..
  • Lead client communications, including meetings, feedback sessions, and reporting discussions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing key KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on global social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools to drive innovation and content relevance.
  • Conduct audience and market research to identify insights that shape creative direction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–7 years of proven experience managing social media accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience working with renowned companies or agencies — experience with sports brands is highly preferable.
  • A strong and active personal social media presence that showcases creativity, content understanding, and engagement-building capability.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Basic design or video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Prior experience with international clients or digital marketing agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
