Codify Technologies is looking to hire a talented and

experienced Social Media Specialist & Video Editor to join our

creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a

keen eye for design, understands social media trends, and can create engaging

video content to boost our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Create and edit high-quality videos, reels, and stories for brand promotion,

campaigns, and digital marketing.

  • Plan and schedule engaging content aligned with the company's goals and brand

identity.

  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations (if applicable).
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and campaign reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Video Editor, or

similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or

a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in social media management

and video editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs110,000.00 per month
