Job Description:

As a Local SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing local SEO strategies that improve our visibility and search rankings within geographically-targeted areas. You will work closely with our marketing team and assist with creating and executing on-page and off-page optimization strategies to meet local SEO needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Local SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive local SEO strategy to improve the visibility of our business in local search results.

* Google Business Profile Optimization: Hands on experiece with GBP ranking Stratergies. Regularly update and optimize Google Business profiles, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

* Local Listings Management: Maintain and optimize local business listings across major directories (Yell, Bark, etc.), ensuring consistency in NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number).

* Keyword Research: Conduct targeted keyword research focused on local search terms and opportunities to improve ranking in geographically-specific searches.

* Local Link Building and Out reach: Develop and execute link-building campaigns with a focus on gaining quality backlinks from local sources, relevant websites, and local partnerships.

* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly track, measure, and report on local SEO performance using tools like Business Profile Dashboard, Google Search Console, and other industry tools.

* Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis on competitors' local SEO strategies and provide insights to stay competitive in the local market.

* Content Optimization: Create and optimize content, ensuring it aligns with local SEO best practices and incorporates relevant local keywords throughout the site.

* Reviews Management: Respond professionally to reviews on GBPs and Trustpilot, managing both positive and negative feedback to uphold the company's local reputation.

* SEO Audits: Conduct routine audits of Google Business Profiles and local listings to identify areas for improvement and implement recommended changes.

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in Local SEO, with a strong understanding of local search ranking factors.

* Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and other local SEO tools.

* Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and competitor analysis techniques.

* Familiarity with local SEO tools (Moz Local, BrightLocal, Whitespark, etc.).

* Experience with off-page SEO techniques and out reach for local Backlinks.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with web analytics tools like GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Bright Local.

* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

* Experience working with international or multi-location SEO.

* Previous experience working with a UK-based company or understanding the UK market.
