What You'll Do:


• Assist customers via calls, emails, and chat to ensure smooth service and satisfaction


• Support the sales team with lead management, product inquiries, and follow-ups


• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with reporting


• Learn essential CRM and communication tools to strengthen your professional skills

Who We're Looking For:


• Fresh graduates or final-year students in Business, Marketing, or related fields


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive approach


• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Workspace)
