Established in November 2014, J.Sons Communications has the privilege of working with many insurance agents across the country. We create targeted final expense campaigns for agents and provide geographically specific leads in all 50 states. Our highly rated leads are personalized with detailed information to ensure validity. Our mission is to generate new business and provide the best insurance leads in the industry, serving individual agents, regional agencies, and major companies nationwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative based in Islamabad PWD. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating new business leads, creating detailed spreadsheets of customer information, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Daily tasks will include coordinating with the calling staff, managing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the acquisition of target leads.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Sales, Telemarketing, and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Data Entry, Spreadsheet Management, and Recordkeeping
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred

Salary

100k to 130k plus bonuses
