*Position: Commission Sales Associate (Full-Time, On-Site – Karachi Division)*

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals passionate about real estate and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting investment opportunities, and closing high-value property deals while ensuring exceptional client service throughout the sales cycle.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research

Present and promote residential and commercial property portfolios to prospective clients

Maintain in-depth knowledge of current market trends, project details, and pricing strategies

Deliver high standards of customer service and guide clients through the entire sales process

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

Familiarity with the Karachi real estate market is a plus
