We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Systems Analyst
to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend systems, tools, and solutions that enhance efficiency and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements for new systems or enhancements.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop use cases, process flows, data models, and system specifications.
  • Participate in system design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
  • Support quality assurance by reviewing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring solutions meet requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Assist in change management processes and provide training/documentation to end users.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, or similar).
  • Understanding of databases, data modeling, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency with tools such as
    JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
