Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Manager, located in Karachi Division. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the school's IT infrastructure. Daily tasks include managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing network security, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems. Additionally, the IT Manager is tasked with developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, providing technical support to staff and students, and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to enhance the school's operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure, hardware, and software installations
  • Proficient in network security, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Ability to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
  • Experience in educational institutions is an advantage
