Position: Arabic Business Development Manager

Al Horizon LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in Custom Software, AI, SaaS, Website Development, and Application Sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and fluent Arabic speaker, with a proven track record in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and strengthening our market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets in the domains of AI, SaaS, Website, and Application Sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated with industry trends and competitive developments.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Identify and address potential business challenges and risks affecting growth and profitability.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements and propose innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously enhance sales processes and improve overall efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with Government representatives and projects.
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consistent record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of sales and marketing techniques and business principles.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
