Pinnacle is looking for the Customer Support Executives
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, and pricing availability.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English conversation.
- Must have 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
