ABS International (Gulshan-e-Iqbal) is hiring energetic Customer Support Executives (CSR) to join our growing night shift team. We are a 16-year-old global BPO looking for professionals who want a stable career, not just a job.

The Financials (Why Apply?):

  • Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 50,000 (Based on Experience/Accent).
  • Incentives: Earn up to PKR 20,000+ monthly based on performance.
  • Allowances: PKR 3,000 Attendance Allowance.
  • Total Potential: Reliable earners take home 65k–75k per month.

The Role (What You Will Do):

  • US Customers: Handle Inbound/Outbound calls for American clients (Professional environment).
  • Solve Problems: Assist customers with queries, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Use Tech: Work with premium CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Growth: We promote from within. Clear path from Agent ➔ Team Lead ➔ Operations Manager.

Requirements (Do You Fit?):

  • Language: Fluent English with a Neutral or American accent (Crucial).
  • Experience: 6+ Months in a Call Center / BPO environment preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate CRM software while talking.
  • Shift: Committed to Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
  • Freshers with exceptional English are encouraged to apply
