About the Role

ABS International is expanding its Global B2B Sales Team and looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Professionals to support our international growth. If you're a go-getter with a knack for closing deals and exceeding targets, this is your opportunity to earn exceptional rewards and fast-track your career in global business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound sales campaigns targeting international B2B clients.
  • Close high-value contracts for SaaS and technology solutions.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive outreach.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for market expansion.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of international sales experience (BPO, telesales, or client acquisition preferred).
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level, both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
