You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from various sources to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision making. Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Excel and Power BI to present complex data in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant data insights to support their decision-making processes.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting procedures.
- Conduct Ad-Hoc data analysis and prepare custom reports as requested by stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis, Excel, and Power BI to continuously improve data reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an Excel or Power BI analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and data modeling principles.
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present data insights.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable data reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SQL and programming languages (such as Python or R) is a plus.
