About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to assist with talent acquisition, candidate experience, and internal communication projects. You'll help shape our growing team by supporting recruitment efforts and culture-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for open roles
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Support onboarding — offer letters, document collection, system setup
  • Maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets and ensure a smooth hiring workflow
  • Assist with HR communication and culture initiatives
  • Help uphold confidentiality and a positive candidate experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Interest in HR, recruiting, or organizational psychology
  • Professional and confidential handling of sensitive information
