Senior Cold Caller (International Sales)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Salary: Rs. 100,000 – Rs. 150,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

Ad Snipper is looking for a Top-Tier Senior Cold Caller with a proven track record of handling international clients (US, UK, and Canada).

If you have exceptional communication skills, a confident sales personality, and the ability to turn cold leads into real opportunities — we want you on our team

You'll play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting closers in securing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to international prospects from the provided lead lists.

-Build rapport quickly, pitch our digital marketing services, and identify client needs.

-Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

-Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

-Maintain detailed call logs and CRM records.

-Collaborate with closers and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international cold calling/sales development.
  • Excellent English communication (neutral or US/UK accent preferred).
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency-based cold calling is a huge plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, calling tools, and lead-tracking systems.
