. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking for advance his career in 's Sales team that is changing the real estate landscape in Pakistan. The position requires one to have excellent communication skills along with Good business acumen and sound understanding of the real estate industry.
Job Description:
Responsible to deal with real estate agencies in the area/ region
Handling accounts of onboarded real estate agencies at
Responsible for periodic client visits, giving demonstrations, and closing deals
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Responsible for meeting potential clients, conducting client profiling and pitch appropriate products.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business/ Marketing
Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/ Business Development
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation, Active-Listening and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel
