Assistant Manager Inventory

Qualifications

Bachelor's in
Management / Business Administration
with specialization in
Inventory Management / Warehousing
.

Additional certifications in
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
or
Logistics
will be an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience & Skills:

• 1+ years
  of professional experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse management (preferably in large-scale organizations).
• Proven
  hands-on experience with ERP/SAP
  for inventory control, stock audits, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of
  supply chain workflows, import/export documentation, and asset lifecycle management
  .
• Ability to
  develop SOPs, enforce controls, and monitor compliance
  with company and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and guide warehouse staff.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in
  MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools
  .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage
  end-to-end inventory operations
  across multiple centralized and project-based warehouses.
• Ensure
  real-time stock visibility
  through ERP/SAP and reconcile any physical vs. system discrepancies.
• Manage and dispose of
  obsolete, surplus, and slow-moving inventory
  as per policy.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, and QA teams for
  timely material flow and reporting
  .
• Conduct
  regular audits, compliance checks, and supplier claim follow-ups
  .
