About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Chef
in Lahore. The ideal candidate must be skilled in preparing both
traditional Pakistani (Desi) cuisine
and a wide range of
Continental dishes
. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals of high quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of Desi and Continental dishes with consistent taste and quality.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory levels and assist in the efficient procurement of kitchen supplies.
  • Innovate and introduce new menu items as per seasonal and organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Desi and Continental cuisines.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
