Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Secretary based in Lahore, with flexibility for remote work as needed. Responsibilities include providing executive-level administrative support, managing correspondence, maintaining schedules, and handling clerical tasks. The Executive Secretary will act as a point of communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient operations and providing strong customer support where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical and organizational skills, including proficiency in document handling and recordkeeping
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to correspond professionally and effectively
- Experience in executive administrative assistance and company secretarial work
- Proficiency in providing excellent customer service and managing stakeholder interactions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in productivity tools and office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and discretion with confidential information
