Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Lahore, with flexibility for remote work on occasion. The Personal Assistant will handle day-to-day executive tasks, including managing the Managing Director's schedule, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings. The role involves maintaining organized communication, handling correspondence, and supporting the Managing Director in administrative and personal tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and the ability to organize schedules effectively
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in arranging Travel logistics, including bookings and itinerary management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in office software is preferred
