Location:

We are looking for a
dynamic and technically strong Business Development Officer (BDO)
who can drive sales in
CCTV Surveillance, Networking, Audio/Video, Automation, and UPS Solutions
.


Responsibilities:


• Generate new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, and government sectors.


• Understand client requirements and propose customized technical & commercial solutions.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.


• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and project proposals.


• Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and execution.


• Achieve quarterly and annually targets.


• Must be able to draft and negotiate contracts and independently implement, monitor

and resolve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Engineering or relevant field.


• 2–4 years of experience in project-based sales (Surveillance, Automation, A/V, or UPS).


• Strong technical understanding of CCTV, Networking, Audio/Video, Automation & Power Systems.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Self-driven and target-oriented individual.
