Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer, located in the Karachi Division. The Business Development Officer will identify and explore new business opportunities, engage with clients, and build long-term relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing strategic plans to meet business goals, and collaborating with different teams to implement strategies aimed at revenue growth. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining communication with stakeholders will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and a track record of identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong Analytical and Finance skills, with the ability to create actionable insights and financial plans
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Customer Service expertise, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the services offered by Novalink and understanding of local market trends is a plus
