Facility Manager – Sports Complex

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings for courts, events, and training sessions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service by resolving escalated issues or complaints.
  • Implement health, safety, and security protocols in line with relevant guidelines.
  • Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the entire facility.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility upkeep.
  • Prepare reports on facility usage, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Assist senior management in planning events, marketing activities, and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Knowledge of facility management operations and safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, delegate effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility management, operations, or hospitality (sports facility experience preferred).
  • Experience in managing teams and handling customer-facing roles.
