Facility Manager – Sports Complex

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings for courts, events, and training sessions.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Supervise staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by resolving escalated issues or complaints.
- Implement health, safety, and security protocols in line with relevant guidelines.
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the entire facility.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility upkeep.
- Prepare reports on facility usage, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Assist senior management in planning events, marketing activities, and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Knowledge of facility management operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask, delegate effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems (preferred).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in facility management, operations, or hospitality (sports facility experience preferred).
- Experience in managing teams and handling customer-facing roles.
