Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating posts, captions, and strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas for marketing initiatives, product launches, and content calendars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a creative marketing or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and content marketing.
  • Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
