Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
  • Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies
  • Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages
  • Track KPIs and provide performance reports using Meta Ads Manager
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals and messaging with performance goals
  • Manage ad spend to ensure maximum efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Proven results in lead generation and campaign optimization
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and conversion funnels
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of branding, content strategy, and social media best practices
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
