Job Title: Personal Brand Strategist (Full-Time, On-Site — Johar Town, Lahore)

About the Role:

We're looking for a visionary Personal Brand Strategist to help build one of Pakistan's most inspiring and powerful personal brands — a journey of leadership, fitness, entrepreneurship, and national transformation.

You'll be working directly with the founder of multiple successful companies (Greenscapers, EveryWater, House of Bamboo International) to craft his online narrative, develop content strategies, and transform raw ideas into a compelling story that motivates millions.

This is not a typical social media job.

This is a creative leadership role — blending strategy, psychology, media trends, and storytelling to build influence at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content strategy that reflects the Founder's vision, values, and personality.

Identify and define core audience segments and emotional hooks that resonate.

Create monthly content calendars, aligning themes (e.g. discipline, power, leadership, mindset, legacy) across platforms.

Conceptualize reels, carousels, and storytelling campaigns that go viral while staying authentic.

Collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers to ensure all content aligns with brand tone and quality.

Write or oversee scripts, captions, and viral hooks for reels, YouTube shorts, and motivational content.

Study global influencer trends (Andrew Huberman, Alex Hormozi, GaryVee, Caleb Ralston, etc.) and localize them for Pakistan's audience.

Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on insights.

Maintain the Founder's personal brand guidebook — tone, values, aesthetics, and storytelling voice.


Ideal Candidate:

Strong understanding of personal branding, psychology, and digital storytelling.

Deep familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn ecosystems.

Excellent communication and writing skills (English and Urdu).

Creative thinker with a strategic mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Experience in content strategy, brand management, or media production (2+ years preferred).

A strong interest in motivation, leadership, fitness, and business is a major plus.
