Key Responsibilities

  • Produce & edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) end-to-end.
  • Design captivating graphics, thumbnails, and ad creatives (Photoshop / Canva).
  • Assist in Meta Ads Manager: setup, creative testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Track analytics using Meta Insights & GA4, report weekly engagement metrics.
  • Maintain content calendars and brand asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Support creative strategy with actionable ideas for performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on social media content creation (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in video editing: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut.
  • Design tools expertise: Photoshop or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & GA4 analytics.
  • Night shift availability (6 PM–2 AM PKT).
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, creative under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for social media trends and creative storytelling.
