About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Social Media Executive
to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, create engaging content, and develop strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a positive brand community.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
