Textile City Inc. is hiring

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to work in the night shift and support our sales team by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings. The role requires strong research and communication skills, with preference given to candidates with a textile industry background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the Home textile sector (International) using LinkedIn, trade directories, and industry databases.
  • Build and update a qualified leads database with accurate contact and company details.
  • Conduct outreach through emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by assessing business needs, buying potential, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain proper records in CRM systems.
  • Support sales team in client follow-ups before and after meetings.
  • Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related).
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales coordination, or B2B client outreach.
  • Textile industry knowledge/experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a must for international clients).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B platforms, and email outreach tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets & CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve weekly targets.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Garden Town during night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of international textile markets and buyer behavior.
  • Experience with trade portals (Alibaba, Fibre2Fashion, etc.).
  • Basic digital marketing knowledge for lead outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs Rs90.00 per month
