JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting periodic reports, compliance filings, and data to PTA, Ministry of IT & Telecom, PEMRA, Ministry of Defense, and other regulators.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory updates, directives, and policies affecting telecom and media; communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of official correspondence, approvals, licenses, and NOCs.
  • Coordinate with government ministries, regulators, and authorities to secure timely approvals, licenses, and clearances.
  • Support building and maintaining relationships with government officials, regulators, and industry associations to protect organizational interests.
  • Collaborate with finance, technical, and commercial teams to gather and validate data for regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure timely submission of telecom indicators, compliance reports, and other regulatory obligations under licenses.
  • Assist in enforcing regulatory compliance across business units.
  • Manage regulatory databases tracking obligations and submissions.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support as directed by HOD.
  • Develop and maintain a control framework ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and license conditions.

SKILLS, EXPERTISE AND HANDS ON EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's in law, Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, or Telecommunications; master's preferred.
  • At least 03 years of relevant experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or compliance within the telecom, media, or tech.
