We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic
Social Media Design Trainee
to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, understands current social media trends, and wants hands-on experience in crafting compelling visuals for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing graphics, animations, and short-form videos for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Support the team in developing branded templates and visual content aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Help repurpose existing content into new formats (e.g., turning blogs into carousels or reels).
  • Stay up to date with the latest design and social media trends, incorporating them into content.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media manager, content team, and other designers to ensure consistent brand identity.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (pursuing or recently completed).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
  • Basic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
  • Passion for social media platforms and awareness of trending content formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • A creative portfolio (even academic/personal projects) is highly encouraged.
