Position Overview:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote our campaigns. This role requires a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of all major social media platforms and current digital trends.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media promotion and brand awareness campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor research and leverage findings to improve content strategy and campaign performance
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure success and optimize ongoing campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging, high-performing content
  • Monitor trends in social media, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
  • Manage daily content calendars and scheduling tools

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's from a well-reputed university
  • Proven experience in running successful social media and brand awareness campaigns
  • Strong background in competitor research and audience analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Preferred:
    Experience working with U.S.-based audiences or brands
